Born in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, INARU continues a tradition of craftsmanship rooted in precision, patience and attention to detail.
Set within the Argent Centre, a Grade II* listed Victorian landmark completed in 1863, the studio occupies a building created for makers, where generations of skilled craftspeople once perfected their work.

A personalised, prescriptive manicure that strengthens and protects the natural nail. Following consultation, nails are prepared, enhanced with BIAB or hard gel, shaped and finished. Suited to first-time BIAB clients or anyone wanting long-lasting, perfectly shaped nails.

The INARU Introduction is a separate, in-depth consultation designed to give us the time to properly understand your nails before you book your treatment.
We’ll talk through your nail history, previous treatments, lifestyle, concerns and what you’d like to achieve. Your nails will be assessed in detail, and together we’ll create a considered treatment plan based on what they actually need.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your nails, the treatments we recommend and what to book next.

Discover the IntroductionMost nail appointments are decided before they begin: a set treatment, a fixed process, the same steps regardless of what the nail actually needs. At INARU, nothing is decided in advance. Every recommendation is made in the room, based on what is observed: the condition of the nail, its history, how it has been treated before.
This is not a faster way of working. It is a more considered one.
Most nail treatments begin at the surface. INARU begins by understanding your nails: their structure, condition, growth patterns and history. Treatment follows diagnosis. It does not replace it.

Your treatment is tailored to what has been observed, rather than following a standard process. Every step is considered with your nails in mind.

Beautiful results rely on standards you rarely see. Every instrument used at INARU follows the same five-stage instrument hygiene protocol before it reaches your appointment. It is simply how we work: every treatment, every client, without exception.
Instruments undergo high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning to remove all surface debris before disinfection.
Tools undergo a controlled disinfection process after cleaning.
Each instrument is individually sealed, ready for sterilisation.
Every instrument is autoclave sterilised, performed between every single appointment.
Sealed pouches remain untouched until opened in front of you at the start of your appointment.
Every treatment is designed with longevity in mind. If lifting, chipping or breakage occurs within seven days of your appointment, it will be corrected at no additional cost.
